Honest, Friendly and clear in communication
I recently purchased a property with Mc-Grath real estate and Joel has been our go to person. Joel has guided through various phases and has been patient in answering our queries or sorting them with the owner. In my interactions with him, I liked his approach whether it is fair pricing, market knowledge and knowledge about the property details. While a first buy can be overwhelming sometimes, i feel i got great help from Joel and his amazing team to set us up for success.

Dilligent and hardworking
We recently sold out investment property through McGrath Blacktown. Monique was very proactive and engage us throught the whole process, always checking in with updates and had great knowledge of the local market. We accepted a favourable offer in less than a week and only 2 viewings. Monique was fantastic through the settlement period resolving the buyers and conveyancers queries immediately.
