Very professional
Joel is very professional, knowledgeable and easy to interact with. Although he was working for the seller and we were looking to buy. We found him very helpful and friendly. He is very transparent and honest. It has been a pleasure interacting with him through our recent purchase.

Outstanding Service
We cant thank Monique enough for the outstanding service received. Monique is not only very professional and knowledgeable but warm and caring. She is always happy to help with anything we needed and to answer any questions. She was almost part of the family and we will miss her. We couldn't recommend a better agent.

Exceptional service and advice.
From the first conversation with Joel, we found him to be professional and easy to speak with, communicated great through the whole process. COVID, created a number of issues, however these were dealt with in a professional manner. Joel couldn't be at our home during the inspections however his team provided exceptional service not only to us but to prospective purchasers. Property sold above guide, with Joel closing the deal. Highly recommend Joel and the team at McGrath.

Joel is a game changer !
Whilst the decision to sell our family home after considerable tenure took 12 months, Joel secured a sale after 4 days on the market above our price expectations. A+++ and a lot more
We had a great experience with Joel and his team, especially Monique. From the first meeting right to the end everything was clear and as it was meant to be. Communication was easy and friendly. Nothing was to much and every question we had got answered. Our Final sale amount was pretty spot on and we were extremely happy.
