Joel even helped us with signs for our garage sale. We chose to go to auction, but after one open day we got a very good offer that we accepted that and did not go to auction. we were so happy with Joels handling everything for us that we would recommend him to anyone. He knew we were going through some sad times but he was very helpful and considerate to our feelings. We chose to go to auction, but the first people that had a look wanted it immediately. We chose to have at least one open day to see what other people think about the property. 23 groups had a look, we had good offers but the first people decided to increase their offer as they really wanted our property. We chose to accept the offer, Joel agreed that it was a good offer too, so did not go to auction.
