In all fairness, I would only do business with Joel again, if he makes a decision and a concerted effort to repent of his prideful and wicked attitude towards people.

Joel was always easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable through out the whole process. He was honest and explained the situation clearly each step of the way. The only issue I had was that sometimes the communication took a bit longer than expected. I understand there are factors outside of control, however I would suggest a quick acknowledgment such as ‘I ll get back to you on this’. Overall a top agent, and I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of buying or selling.
