Joel was very nice and accomodating sales agent. He was fair and honest. When I rang him to give an offer to the property I just saw online, he ask me and my husband to inspect the property first before signing the contract. He explained everything clearly and honestly of what we gonna expect for the house we are buying. He is also helpful by giving us suggestions or recommendations of what we need to do. He was very knowledgeable. It was also an easy transaction we have made with Joel. A highly recommended sales agent.

We have found Peter to be genuine and professional, his credibility and his ‘non-salesy’ approach - making him a very trustworthy salesman! Joel Hollings is the best real estate agent I have ever come across. As a local boy, his knowledge of the area is brilliant. Joe'ls professionalism is outstanding and his communication skills are awesome. Joel is warm and friendly and put me at ease during a stressful process. He is short and sharp also which is what i love. No waffle or nonsense. Very articulate and on point. Joel went above and beyond for me and was very thoughtful throughout the process. He is not the cheapest from a % perspective but i can guarantee he is the best from an ROI perspetive. Dont try to save a thousand to lose an hundred thousand!

Continued from Google Review on Tuesday, 11 May 2021... Would I recommend Joel Hollings, Kon Stathopoulos, and their team? Would I do business with them again? I think not! In all fairness, I would only do business with Joel again, if he makes a decision and a concerted effort to repent of his prideful and wicked attitude towards people.
