The valuation of the property by Joel was higher than by a different agency a day earlier, and a few months earlier by a qualified property valuer. However, his proposal for marketing made a lot of sense. We signed the agency agreement mid December, knowing the real marketing campaign will begin in January. It was a most pleasant surprise when just a week after advertising started, and a few days after the one Open House, Joel informed me about an acceptable offer, contracts exchanged, deposit received, house sold.
