Joel was extremely helpful in advising us how to get property ready for sale, in spite of knowing we might not be ready to sell for a few years, including several good ideas re improvements. When we were ready to sell Joel, knew the market well & guided us to realistic expectations for the value. The marketing/inspections/selling process was slick & professional. The process after sale was not quite as smooth. Noting that it was over the Christmas period so difficult, would recommend including in the initial information pack a summary of exactly what the process is after sale, including timing of final inspection pre settlement etc as we were unsure what our obligations & buyer expectations were to ensure there was smooth settlement.
