When my daughter and I interviewed Joel, we found him down to earth, approachable, a good listener as well as knowledgeable and professional. He patiently responded to my son in law’s queries and waited for 2 months for me to be ready to put my house on sale without pressuring me. He priced my home just right for the market. Joel was with me every step of the way, from preparing our house for photos, signage and open house. He took the time, effort and immediate actions to help me with other issues which was outside his scope of work. He sent his painter to make my house presentable. He also called in a locksmith when I told him I’ve misplaced my keys to the granny flat and some windows. Their professional photographer took amazing photos for the signage and the web listing. All of these preparations helped to sell my house with multiple offers on the first day it was listed and sold after the first open home. Joel worked hard to secure a buyer and got a good price in uncertain times. I would highly recommend Joel to anybody wanting to sell.
