Monique was not the listing agent when we purchased but we only communicated with her. She was excellent, making time on her days off to show us the property after exchange and at the pre-settlement inspection, stayed for much longer than usual as we went through the property with our builder. There was an open house advertised for a property on a Saturday. My brother contacted Joel on behalf of my husband and I to organise an inspection a few days earlier on the Thursday. Joel happily agreed instead of saying no and making us wait until the Saturday. He seemed really open, honest and knowledgeable about the price guide, why the house was on the market, the current tenants lease (we wanted to stay on), and questions we asked relating to potentially building on the property in the years to come. If I could summarize the sale experience with Joel, I would describe it as easy, straightforward, professional, and completed with excellence every step of the way. I sold this property while I was overseas on a trip. Joel and his team took care of everything. I was kept informed every step of the way, he provided honest feedback on the current market trends. When he received an offer from the buyer, he convinced them to increase their offer by 17k. The buyer also had a list of repair requests prior to settlement, and he went personally to fix the leaky kitchen tap and convinced them to drop the other repairs. Joel fought for me. He must be a great rugby player if he plays anything like he works; he had goal in mind, and was proactive to get the sale done for a fair price - in under two weeks. I would definitely recommend Joel and his team to anybody. It is no surprise he is rated top agent in Seven Hills, because he provided perfect service. I couldn’t have asked or wanted anything more of him.
