He took the time, effort and immediate actions to help me with other issues which was outside his scope of work. He sent his painter to make my house presentable. He also called in a locksmith when I told him I’ve misplaced my keys to the granny flat and some windows. Their professional photographer took amazing photos for the signage and the web listing. All of these preparations helped to sell my house with multiple offers on the first day it was listed and sold after the first open home. Monique was not the listing agent when we purchased but we only communicated with her. She was excellent, making time on her days off to show us the property after exchange and at the pre-settlement inspection, stayed for much longer than usual as we went through the property with our builder.
