When my daughter and I interviewed Joel, we found him down to earth, approachable, a good listener as well as knowledgeable and professional. He patiently responded to my son in law’s queries and waited for 2 months for me to be ready to put my house on sale without pressuring me. He priced my home just right for the market. Joel was with me every step of the way, from preparing our house for photos, signage and open house. He took the time, effort and immediate actions to help me with other issues which was outside his scope of work. He sent his painter to make my house presentable.
