If I could summarize the sale experience with Joel, I would describe it as easy, straightforward, professional, and completed with excellence every step of the way. I sold this property while I was overseas on a trip. Joel and his team took care of everything. I was kept informed every step of the way, he provided honest feedback on the current market trends. When he received an offer from the buyer, he convinced them to increase their offer by 17k. The buyer also had a list of repair requests prior to settlement, and he went personally to fix the leaky kitchen tap and convinced them to drop the other repairs. Joel fought for me.
