A true professional, most importantly a pleasure to deal with!
We bought our first home from Joel and had such a great buying experience with him, we always said if we sold, we would sell through Joel. And that we did, our home only lasted 8 days on the market! Yet again, Joel's supreme market knowledge of the area, even in the midst of unusual times in the market, steered us in the right direction towards a terrific sale result! Through Joel's professional guidance, all the while being sensitive, knowing this was an emotional process of selling our first home, made sure we were happy every step of the way. We Love Joel

Excellent Agent

She was thoughtful, respectful and very helpful throughout the whole process.
Monique was not the listing agent when we purchased but we only communicated with her. She was excellent, making time on her days off to show us the property after exchange and at the pre-settlement inspection, stayed for much longer than usual as we went through the property with our builder. She even dropped off the keys to us! Can't recommend Monique more, she was thoughtful, respectful and very helpful throughout the whole process. Thanks Monique!

Friendly and experienced
There was an open house advertised for a property on a Saturday. My brother contacted Joel on behalf of my husband and I to organise an inspection a few days earlier on the Thursday. Joel happily agreed instead of saying no and making us wait until the Saturday. He seemed really open, honest and knowledgeable about the price guide, why the house was on the market, the current tenants lease (we wanted to stay on), and questions we asked relating to potentially building on the property in the years to come. I would definitely recommend Joel to family and friends and use him again if I was looking to buy or sell myself.
