Selling is not always straightforward and it is good to have a professional and honest agent batting for you. Life and the market can be uncertain, and you need to adapt to the changing circumstances as required to get a good result. Joel has been patient and diligent in what were testing times ( Equivocal Developers,Tree preservation EIS, death of vendor, Probate of Will, bushfires, COVID .)...
