Joel is a very experienced real estate agent who knows the Seven Hills well. We first met Joel when we were buying our house 15 years ago and he made a great impression. So naturally he was our first choice when selling. He gave great advice for getting our home ready and gave us a realistic expectation on the sale price that could be achieved. Our house sold within 2 weeks for the price that we wanted. Couldn’t have been happier. Joel also went the extra mile by providing advice on negotiating a price on a house that we found to purchase. He even contacted the agent on our behalf and we ended up signing the contract a day later having agreed on a great price.
