One regret I have, is that I should have gone with Joel the first time i tried to sell my house :)

From the get go, Joel presented a professional manner, stated the facts and backed up with data his impressive sales records. Throughout the process he kept us informed on potential bidders to our auction and the thoughts of the prospective buyers. Joel exceeded expectation by providing advice on all matters including outside the selling process for other related matters post selling the property. I would definitely recommend Joel and his agency to any prospective sellers in his area.

Professional, courteous and capable...very rare today!
We had engaged Peter after former neighbours told us how good he was with them. After contacting him for a meeting and speaking with him we both agreed that he would be our choice also. Peter is a very polite and courteous young man whose knowledge of the local area and real estate trends is in my opinion second to none. Excellent Agent!
Joel Hollings and his offsiders, colleagues and staffers were all extremely helpful. I am partially medically disabled, and the people at McGrath went out of their way to help my brother and I sell our home. They were nothing but always supportive with their help, advice and reports. I would highly recommend Joel and McGrath if you are selling your home. He is also very ethical, and that was a big selling point and concern for me. McGrath passed with flying colours.
