Joel was recommended to me via a family member after I had had no luck with interviewing 5 agents before him. On our first meeting, he was friendly, on time and very down to earth. He had such incredible knowledge of our area and really great ideas on how to improve our home with minimal effort. Joel was with us every step of the way, from preparing our house for our photos and open home to the very last moment when one of his team members offered to pick up our house keys after our sale and drop off a coffee after a long day. Joel and his staff were excellent to deal with, all being very honest and down to earth and on top of that, they came up with a TOP sales result for myself and my family.
