Good Local knowledge

The Perfect Professional
Peter recently sold my mother's house in Seven Hills and my husband and I could not have been more impressed with his manner, his diligence, and his commitment. Peter knew the market, knew the local area, and knew how to sell a property. He gave immediate and constant feedback after Open Home and the follow up phone calls to possible buyers. His consideration and care to an older lady selling her home after 61 years was exceptional. He was at every Open Home (early) and always gave, at least, a 24 hour request if a possible buyer could not make an Open Home. The negotiation for the sale, the initial contract, and the settlement were all made easier for mum due to Peter's manner, courtesy and expertise. He took phone calls, and returned phone calls, to family members without any delay. Again, he was at the property to be there with Pest and Building inspections, valuers etc. My mother felt very secure and confident in his explanations. Great and Friendly

Fantastic and extremely professional agent
We are a first time home buyer. Dealing with Peter has been a pleasure. He just made the whole process so smooth and enjoyable. We have been pleasantly surprised by his professionalism as well as amazing customer service - something totally different from what we thought it would have been entering the market (specially following what is constantly in the news). No.1 Agent in my opinion
