Sale of both parents and in-laws properties
Joel and the Blacktown McGrath team were excellent in both the sales, prices achieved ,follow ups and final closing on both properties.....I would recommend Joel to anybody thinking of selling their homes as he has been professional and amicable in all our dealings with him. Fabulous agent
Joel and his team have been amazing to work with while selling our home in seven hills. They took care of everything leaving us stress free. We don't live in the area and Joel took the time to come out and meet with us in our family home before we had even signed up with him. Fantastic Agent
We were so thankful and happy to work with Joel. He knew the area well and we trusted his insight and advice. We felt the level of service was extremely high. Both my husband and I underestimated the emotional roller coaster that we would embark on selling our beloved home, but felt that Joel and his team went above and beyond to ensure our questions and concerns throughout the process were managed with care and in a professional manner. Joel was very hands on and present throughout the whole process, answering many late night texts and phone calls and attending every open home, rather than putting younger colleges in place like many other agents do.
