Mat and his team were amazing. Mat sold us the block of land that we built on here a few years ago and we remembered that he was a very pleasant man who knew a lot about real estate here on the Coast. He went the extra yards for us when we were buying. So it was a natural progression for us to sell our property with him too. Mat has a wealth of knowledge and is a problem solver. He has a lot of contacts and we knew that if we needed help with anything prior to listing the house, once the house was listed or after the sale that Mat was only a phone call away. That was a very reassuring feeling for us. He worked very well with potential buyers and gave us feedback on everything. The people in his team gave us their contact numbers and let us know that we could call them if need be as well. The sale process was very smooth and open and the end result was a positive one for us too.....especially given the uncertain economic events at the time that were in the background throughout our sale process. We've bought and sold many properties in three states and we have to say that Mat is the best agent we've ever had the pleasure to meet. Highly recommend him.
