I had complete confidence when working with David, he calmed our 'first-time sellers' jitters and kept us grounded in what is a stressful time. He went above and beyond and has a designers eye when appraising our house to be photograph-ready. I happily recommend David Swarbrick and McGrath Buderim.

Stuart is really wonderful to work with. He gives good advice about preparing properties for sale. He follows up every task. He is easy to talk to. All of his team work together well and know what's going on. Stuart is very helpful at every step. He has taken time to get to know our family and works hard to achieve what we need. We have chosen Stuart as our agent several times.

Choosing an agent is the most difficult and daunting decision, I had four agents come to my house for a property appraisal but, when I met Stuart from McGrath Buderim, I had no doubt in my mind that he was the Agent to sell my house. He is instantly likable, has the most wonderful professional manner about him and you feel like you have known him forever. So I went with my instincts, I felt confident and comfortable with Stuart and if I felt like this, then potential buyers would feel the same vibe. I could not be happier from the service that was provided by Stuart, he went above and beyond. His local experience, tenacity and depth of understanding of his clients needs incorporated with his professional and positive approach made for an exceptional sale experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending Stuart, I have already mentioned to my friends that Stuart is by far the best choice on the Sunshine Coast and I will always recommend Stuart to any prospective seller. I can’t thank Stuart enough, he was a pillar of strength throughout, when I stressed, he was my calm and always reassured me that he can sell our house and he did. I was informed every step of the way, no matter how busy Stuart was, he would always call me after every viewing. He’s just an absolute diamond!

From beginning to end Stuart Thomas was on the ball, professional and organised. He has a definite strategy when putting the house to market and when he said the house would be sold in two weeks it only took a week and we got what we wanted. Would definitely recommend.
