one stop Shopping
Buying and selling real estate can be a very stressful, and worrying time. I found that having Chris and Damien working on my real estate needs took that away. Simply spell out what you are looking for in a home, or rural property, how much you are wiling to pay and they will do all the hard yards. They are meticulous in their follow up, always available to help and there is no doubt they will find the perfect home for you. Matt was very clear about what his role was and what he would do to make the sale happen
Matts knowledge of the market was very good, he let us know exactly what he would do to market the property. we had the first open on Saturday, a second on the Monday and it sold that day. Couldn't have asked for a better result.

Best Agent in Buderim
This is the third property which Matt has sold for me in Buderim. I would not choose any other agent to sell with. With each sale he has achieved the maximum price, well above what other agents have rated the property was worth. He truely acts for the vendor and at all times has the interests of the vendor top of mind, rather than merely stitching together a contract in order to collect a commission. What really impresses me is how hard he works to achieve the best outcome for the vendor - he thinks nothing of working well into the night going back and forward between the parties. I have no hesitation in recommending Matt to anyone who has a property to sell.
