David Swarbrick is a very pleasant, knowledgeable real estate agent with excellent communication skills. We first met him at the 'Open House' day at the property. He displayed a thorough understanding of the home he was showing us, and he was able to answer all our many questions. When we made our offer to buy the home, David was really good at going through the contract with us so that we would fully understand what we were signing. He was excellent at keeping in touch with us throughout the buying process and beyond, which we appreciated very much. We were always informed of what was happening and where the process was up to. I was so lucky Stuart was selling Camfield....every dealing I had with Stuart was easy. He kept me informed of progress and reassured me when waiting on signatures! He also ended up selling my house in Monarch Place. He knew I was getting anxious when Ray White hadn't even bought me one offer in 12 weeks. Stuart would just say it will be right. He agreed to conjunct. And I couldn't believe the first people he bought through brought it! My only regret is that I did not meet Stuart before I placed Monarch Place on the market.

My husband and I met Gail at the first open home we visited in Buderim. Following a initial conversation with Gail about our requirements, she made a recommendation to visit the house which we consequently purchased. It matched all our requirements perfectly, and was not a home that we had earmarked to visit. This matching of homes to clients is a particular skill of Gail's. From the first viewing of the home with Gail and Lou, through to finalisation of purchase we found the agents to be flexible, accommodating of requests for information and viewing; actively expediting pest and building inspections and worked around our availability for meetings at often inconvenient times. Throughout the long settlement period that we had negotiated Gail stayed in constant touch, informed us of what was happening for the vendors and clarified critical requirement of contract and timings. It had been 17 years since our last purchase, so this was particularly helpful. I we ever decide to enter into the market again, we would certainly be returning to Gail at McGrath.
