Prior to our sales campaign I had only spent minimal time with Chris but I was aware of his highly regarded reputation. Having now experienced the full pre-sale, selling and sold campaign with Chris and his McGrath team I have found him to be a man of the highest ethics and integrity. I was impressed with Chris's candour and intellect. His ability to keep a very calm overview throughout the campaign,particularly on Auction Day, was an asset. My only concern was the same one I had raised previously whereas I knew how incredibly busy Chris would be and hoped that it would not affect the sale of our home. Inevitably there were a few occasions throughout the campaign that I wish Chris had been more accessible particularly for the ad-hoc inspections. In the back of my mind was always the nagging feeling that the inspections may have been more productive had Chris personally been in attendance. Having said that, I know Chris's "hands were tied" and I in no way blame him personally. I look forward to dealing with Chris again in my next property endeavours.

I have found Damien Michael to be a man of integrity with an incredible work ethic. I would (and have) recommend him as my first choice for a property specialist on the Sunshine Coast. The only concern I had, and this was identified and discussed prior to the campaign, was that with Damien's very busy schedule he would be "spread a bit thin" when it came to marketing and communicating with regard to our property. There were a couple of ad-hoc inspections where I found myself thinking that the inspection may have been conducted better had Damien been in attendance. Ultimately the house was sold when Damien personally carried out one of these types of inspections. Having said the above - I understand Damien's predicament completely and do not hold it against him or McGrath. I wish he and Chris Pace well with their McGrath and future endeavours.
