Shaun was great throughout the entire process of us purchasing our home on the Sunshine Coast. We never felt pressured, were able to view the property three times whilst making our decision all at times convenient to us. Communication was excellent and we received support and advice for building and pest and then afterwards when the switch on the water tank switch tripped three days after moving in! He always got back to us promptly and we knew what was going on the whole time. Thank you for making a stressful process much less so!
