Selling our home was not an easy decision. The family had grown up and we're working in their chosen careers and while we loved our home we felt it was time to sell. Our suburb attracts many estate agents all professing to know how to get the best price. But when it comes down to trust and being able to work with an agent, you need to have some connection on a level that you feel comfortable with to exchange frank discussions. Mark at Mc Graths was that sort of person. He knows the market, he knows how to present a property, he also knows the type of person who would be interested to buy you home and he gives valuable advice how to sell your home. It's a home and therefore has emotional connections, it has also a reflection of the owner's character. The agent must understand that and work with the owners for the best result.
