As a first time seller we did our research and met with multiple agents in the Coburg area. Michael came across by far the best from a presentation point of view mainly because he kept it simple and had answers to all questions we had. He kept us in the loop at all hours throughout and managed the auction/private sale process amazingly well. He personally did an inspection at 10am on Boxing Day which ended up getting us an offer then and there! Don’t hesitate to choose him and his team :)

Michael and his team was engaged during the depths of Melbourne's Corona 19 lockdown to secure a sale of our investment property. Given location we were unable to visit our property or meet Michael face to face for the majority of the sale cycle. Michaels pragmatic approach and local knowledge has resulted in an excellent outcome and I would have no issues in recommending/using Michael in the future. Thanks Michael, great outcome, much appreciated.

Bruno was great throughout the sale! He made the process very easy for us the whole way through. Great communication skills and kept us informed with how they were going. He achieved the result we were after and acted quickly when an offer came around, would definitely recommend using McGrath/Bruno for other sales

I strongly recommend Michael, as I had a great result and outcome with him for the sale of my property in Wollert. He is very committed, punctual, highly professional, and experienced realestate agent. He knows the ins and outs of this industry very well! And a great gentleman!

When embarking on the sales journey we spoke to several professionals in the business to help us with our sale. Michael was a standout his professional, knowledge and just general friendliness was a deal breaker for us! We sold our property before auction, got the price we wanted and in a few weeks. I honestly don’t think this would have been possible should we have gone with another agent. Highly recommended!

Coming out of Melbourne's second COVID lockdown, I was apprehensive as to how a sale in early November would go. I appreciated the way Michael and his Team handled the sale process, advertising campaign and preparation for the online auction. I was able to view an earlier auction by Michael and was impressed with the process and outcome for both this and the auction of my house a week later. Michael displayed a professional approach and comprehensive knowledge of the auction 'business' and this was represented in the final outcome.

Dealing with Bruno was a real pleasure. He handled the sale of our family home professionally, supporting us through the process and delighting us with the sale price which was what we were aiming for. He displayed confidence and worked hard to achieve our goal. We would happily use his services again.
