The service was impeccable, even through the COVID-19 challenges (!) they sold our place. I cannot thank Bruno, particularly, enough for his consistency and care; for his tenacity and determination through all the difficulties of (a) COVID-19 and (b) his total commitment and graciousness. If you're completely honest with him, he is completely honest with you - it goes both ways, anguish (as the vendor, typically wanting more) vs achieving a result, he tells it like it is and he is right. I loved the ongoing data updates - you can see how your property is tracking, it is awesome and helps you to revisit decisions regarding price, marketing strategies etc. These guys are the real deal! The Entire McGrath team where outstanding. The home has been in the family for 53 years, so this was an emotional sale to say the least. From the outset Michael approached this with great sensitivity, but never lost site of the ultimate goal to receive a great result.
