Michael provided expert advice on all aspects of the sale, and he and his team were extremely helpful and reassuring throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent: Michael and his team were contactable at any time and were always available. I have no hesitation in highly recommending McGrath.

I was pleasantly surprised at the offer Michael received and this was the shortest campaign I have ever experienced. Offer was well above the market expectation for the area.

We recently sold our family home and met with several local agents before going to market, but we knew from the moment we met Bruno, that he was the agent we wanted to go forward with. Bruno was honest and realistic with his initial appraisal and he made the entire process so easy and stress-free. From pricing, to dates, to photos and inspections, it all ran so smoothly and his communication with us was consistent and clear. We always knew what was coming up well in advance, despite it being a very busy time at the end of the year. Bruno really impressed us with his extensive and long-standing knowledge of the Fawkner area, it is second to none, and a huge advantage for any seller in the area. If you are looking for an agent who is passionate, honest and a true professional, we cannot recommend him highly enough. We are so grateful to him for helping us achieve an incredible result in selling our home. You are a super star Bruno, thank you.

I can't speak highly enough of Michael Chan, and his entire team including Elaine Foster. Michael came up with a brilliantly executed campaign which, I believe, achieved the highest price possible for my late Mother's property. Selling property as part of deceased estate has its own challenges, but Michael was more than up for it. He kept the would be buyers very interested and he kept me fully informed every step of the way. I believe Michael, via auction, achieved the highest price possible on the day of the auction. For that, I am eternally grateful.

Michael, Elaine and the team at McGrath Realestate were professional and a joy to deal with. They made the daunting process of selling our home seem easy and were alway there for advice and to guide us through the ups and downs of selling through a pandemic (which they were trying to navigate themselves). I would highly recommend them for any Realestate needs, they always made themselves available to answer any questions we had and were always mindful they scheduled inspections around the kiddies nap times. Thanks again guys for an exceptional result!! Nathan and Melanie

We found Michael to be very honest and upfront about the process. He was always available to ask any questions and give his advice. He explained his reasoning to go to auction, and we had an exceptional result. He followed up all the potential buyers and had great insight as to where we stood on auction day. His team were also always happy to help and were very available. Overall we would highly recommend Michael and his team.
