Micheal is enthusiastic and professional. My property was sold before the auction day at a good price. We highly recommend Michael Chan - he gave very personal and dedicated service. Michael is an excellent communicator, touching base regularly and answering all questions promptly. He is very personable and straight-up, which was appreciated by us and potential buyers. Michael ran a comprehensive campaign and we had many potential buyers through the property despite the COVID-19 restrictions. Being an apartment, our property was at a lower price point and we worried that might mean it would get less attention and focus from an agent with more high-end properties on their list but this was absolutely not the case.
