Before selecting Michael and the McGrath team, we interviewed a few agents in the area. However, after meeting with Michael it was a no brainer, we wanted him to sell our property. He was the most confident and realistically sure of the properties potential. Throughout the entire process, we were very well looked after by his entire team. Everyone was professional and so easy to deal with. Calls/txt/emails were always responded to promptly and the team was open to customising the campaign to what we wanted it to be. We always felt we were being heard, respected and kept in the loop. You can see that Michael and his team actually enjoy what they do, this shines through with their positive and friendly attitudes. On a side note, prior to selling our property, we met a lot of agents who just didn't show much care towards what they were doing. They were really blase and we just did not see that in Michael.
