Micheal is enthusiastic and professional. My property was sold before the auction day at a good price. I knew he worked really hard to achieve this especially with all the restrictive regulations during this pandemic. He was very reassuring and kept me in the loop during the whole process. We highly recommend Michael Chan - he gave very personal and dedicated service. Michael is an excellent communicator, touching base regularly and answering all questions promptly. He is very personable and straight-up, which was appreciated by us and potential buyers. Michael ran a comprehensive campaign and we had many potential buyers through the property despite the COVID-19 restrictions. Being an apartment, our property was at a lower price point and we worried that might mean it would get less attention and focus from an agent with more high-end properties on their list but this was absolutely not the case. Michael is really personable, caring and knowledgeable. He is creative and a go getter. He does not talk any nonsense, very straight up and to the point. From the day we met Michael, he gave us a good feeling and we were hoping our intuition was on point. During the covid pandemic, we continued to put all our trust in Michael. We didn't follow up with him at all. He contacted us to tell us of progress and how things were tracking with the market and how he was going showing the property. He followed our lead on what we wanted to achieve with the property. He didn't push us in any direction. He really worked for us in terms of value but we worked with him in terms of letting him run the process. Michael has become someone we will call anytime we do any real estate business in the future. We are so glad our intuition was right and that he delivered the result we wanted. He did not give up even during the most strange and tough times! We are super thankful for his eagerness to get the job done. And we can tell he cares about the purchasers too. Spending time understanding their needs to match the best property for them too! On top of all this, whilst our property was being rented - his company looked after our property. Having rented for many years ourselves, we were always impressed with how the rental arm of the business conducted their business. I'm sure everyone has had some extreme dud agents while renting!
