Before selecting Michael and the McGrath team, we interviewed a few agents in the area. However, after meeting with Michael it was a no brainer, we wanted him to sell our property. He was the most confident and realistically sure of the properties potential. Throughout the entire process, we were very well looked after by his entire team. Everyone was professional and so easy to deal with. Calls/txt/emails were always responded to promptly and the team was open to customising the campaign to what we wanted it to be. We always felt we were being heard, respected and kept in the loop. You can see that Michael and his team actually enjoy what they do, this shines through with their positive and friendly attitudes. On a side note, prior to selling our property, we met a lot of agents who just didn't show much care towards what they were doing. They were really blase and we just did not see that in Michael. We reached out to him many times for guidance on auctions and private sale strategies as buyers and he was more than happy to spare his time to assist. There wasn't anything about the experience with Michael and his team that I didn't like.

After 31 years I had finally decided to sell my lovely Georgian terrace in W.Brunswick and had to do a search for a suitable estate agent. My experiences up to then had not been fabulous and so the expectation was not high. My search was for someone who would understand my feelings, manage my tenant well and run a good campaign. I hit the jackpot in Michael. His communication skills are exemplary and he kept at it, even though I have a busy job and live in the country now. He was exceptional with my very anxious tenant who was very helpful throughout the campaign as a result. An army of people went through the house and on the day there was a good complement of bidders who he had kept in touch with and encouraged all the way. The auction was a class act and the result was above my expectations. I finally met Michael on the day and was able to congratulate and thank him in person. He and his team did an extremely professional and thorough job and I am so grateful for their work, even my neighbour is happy. Michael epitomises what a real estate agent should be. He has fantastic communication skills and would always return our call in a short amount of time. We found Michael very approachable and he would answer any queries, no matter how trivial we thought they were. Michael would always accomodate meeting us at a time which suited us.
