Before selecting Michael and the McGrath team, we interviewed a few agents in the area. However, after meeting with Michael it was a no brainer, we wanted him to sell our property. He was the most confident and realistically sure of the properties potential. Throughout the entire process, we were very well looked after by his entire team. After 31 years I had finally decided to sell my lovely Georgian terrace in W.Brunswick and had to do a search for a suitable estate agent.
