Michael helped me sell the 2nd units in the same year. The market is fairly quiet and there seems to be a limited number of interested buyers. Michael and his team were still very patient and kept up with regular openings every week. He also tried various methods in order to get more interest in the property. In the end, the effort paid off with an offer and a sale prior to the planned auction. We highly recommend Michael and his team.
