Right from the very first contact Michael Chan was very professional and guided us through the process of selling Mum's property. We were constantly kept informed on the progress of the campaign, which was so reassuring and put us at ease. The Auction went smoothly and we couldn't ask for a better outcome. We would highly recommend Michael and his team to anyone looking for a good honest Real Estate Agent. John & Valerie

Michel Chan sold my property under difficult circumstances (road was closed and under extensive reconstruction, interst rates rapidly rising). Despite these challenges, Michael and his team stayed the course to get the best price possible. He kept me informed at every step of the way. He is very personable, trustworthy and conscientious. I thoroughly recommend him to anyone buying or selling property.

With his success in selling properties in The Pascoe complex, I had no hesitation in engaging Michael to sell my property. Right from our very first meeting with Bruno we felt like he was being honest with us rather than tell us what he may have thought we wanted to hear. There was no BS, he just used his experience and knowledge to give is a very accurate appraisal. I would highly recommend Bruno to anyone wishing to sell their home.

Michael is great to work with. He provided sound advice, but also took on board my preferences. Michael's experience really helped. In engaging an agent, I was concerned about being pressured. In presenting my unit for sale, Michael calmly and clearly presented the options I had. In the end, this yielded a sale price that exceeded my expectations.

Bruno was always professional and well informed in this difficult housing environment. We were always dutifully informed of the current situations and went beyond not only with us the vendor but always available anytime for the buyers. We recommend this agent to keep you up to date and follow through from beginning to end.
