We chose Michael because he was the RateMyAgent Agent of the Year in Brunswick in 2021. Michael was very approachable and we knew he was the person for the job from when we first met with him. He was always organised and kept us informed right up until settlement. He let us make our own decisions but we always felt like he was doing the best thing to get us the price we wanted. Michael was very familiar with our building, the body corporate costs & the amenities due to having experience already selling apartments in our complex.
