Very professional in approach and understands the market within our area. Friendly, personable and genuine manner. Explained the sales campaign in detail and checked in with vendors after each inspection. As market conditions changed (during the campaign and leading up to the auction) he made sure we were briefed. Overall very satisfied with the result.

This was our first time selling we could not have asked for a better process. Michael's passion for real estate was really demonstrated throughout the whole process. Michael took his time to really listen and understand what we wanted and required from our sale. He clearly communicated with us and kept us updated every step of the way. Our house sold for an amazing price and we wouldn't have been able to achieve this final result without Michael on our side! Its extremely hard to find a true gentleman sales person in this Industry. Michael is a true professional from start to finish. He listened to the reason I am selling my service and achieved the best outcome for me for my needs. He was patient with me through the process and also calmed my nerves every step of the way.
