We were kept up to date with the possible prospective tenants, the inspection times and number of possible applicants. We had some minor repairs undertaken after the last tenants moved out, these were carried out with minimal fuss and in a timely manner, so that our property was looking its best for the new applicants. The communication through out the process was excellent and we found a quality tenant.
