Shayne was recommended by a family friend and I thought why not give him a go. I’m so glad I did. Shayne was easy to talk with as we discussed the sale of my house and provided me with knowledgeable feedback. As it was being rented and the tenants were in the process of moving out Shayne was very respectful of them and worked in with their schedules. I was hoping for a quick sale without compromising the price. Well Shayne certainly provided. From first open house to money in my bank was less than 6 weeks. As I didn’t live in the same area Shayne was constantly on the phone supplying me with progress reports. I was back 2 weeks prior to settlement to finalise what I needed to and he met me at the house to go over things at a time that worked with my schedule even though he was on a personal day off work. To me that is highly above and beyond.
