Shayne was always courteous and helpful with nothing being any trouble. I was able to contact him at any time of the day or night regarding the sale. There was a number of issues that Shayne rectified by going beyond the call of duty. At all times he had the interests of my late brother's property and myself as Executor as his priority. I believe that from the time you met Shayne he gave the feeling that you had known him for a long time and that you were more of a friend than a client. All in all his demeanour was beyond reproach and I was extremely happy with the outcome of the sale.

Shayne has an in-depth understanding of the local market and achieved a great result in a short time. His greatest attribute is his communication with us as vendors throughout the entire process. Too many times in the past have real estate agents become silent with vendors once the sale is made, a sense of taking the money and running with as little effort as possible. Shayne however keeps in regular contact to a point of checking our mailbox, making sure lawns are maintained and ensuring the security of our property. Given we are some distance away, this is an example of the small things that confirm we made the right choice of agent for the sale of our property.
