Jen is the best! Very rarely can you find an agent as hardworking and sincere as Jen. She understood my needs as a buyer and her understanding of the local Cronulla market was exceptional. Jen represented both the vendor and I professionally and secured a happy outcome for us both. Jen is a no-nonsense, caring and sincere real estate agent that I would highly recommend using for any of your real estate needs. Thanks again Jen!

You worked tirelessly between the vendor and the legal teams to agree and then finally exchange a contract, while always keeping me in the loop and staying calm. You are an excellent communicator and nothing was too much trouble for you. I personally feel you went above and beyond in securing this property for me and I know that without your effective stakeholder management we would not have achieved this outcome. You have renewed my faith in real estate agents with your professional but equally kind, thoughtful and positive approach. I cant thank you enough and will loudly sing your praises to all my friends and family. Thank you.

Murray, Brit and the team were high professional throughout the whole process of selling our unit. They were very detailed and structured with their approach, they communicated consistently as well as being very efficient and always gave my brother and I honest feedback on what was happening with the market and how the campaign was going. I would definitely use Murray again to sell my property as he is an agent you can actually trust and one that will tell you his honest opinion rather than what you want to hear. He is a genuine guy and we thoroughly enjoyed having him and the team sell our unit!

I definitely got the right agent for the job. Steve Beattie was very professional, informative and friendly with all our dealings. Steve called me many times through each week keeping me up to date with inspection and who was interested and sorted out who was genuine and who were just looking. Their marketing program was perfect for the property and I didn’t over pay For anything and got the highest price. I would definitely use Steve again.

Steve was extremely easy to deal with. His property knowledge is extensive and he was able to answer any questions I would throw his way, and there were many of them. The lines of communication were always open, he was always professional, he made contact often to make sure I didn't have any questions or if I needed anything further especially since he knew I was selling and buying through auction on the same day, this made dealing with him extremely easy. I thank him for all his help.
