We found Murray to be highly professional, friendly and supportive throughout the whole process and he is to be congratulated on the outstanding strategy and result. My husband and I had discussed the option of selling for quite some time, and we had extensively researched the market, and spoken with other people in the Shire who had also bought and sold for their feedback on their experiences with agents. Whilst the feedback was varied from agent to agent, there was one who was consistently praised for not just a good result, but a team who would handle the campaign with integrity and as such we made our decision to list with Murray Cole and his team. Selling is such an anxious time, and for us not a regular occurrence (thank goodness ! ) – and having listed with Murray, I felt comfortable we were in safe hands. The communication, and expectations were not only met, but they were exceeded. The sales process that was explained prior to signing, played out as you had anticipated. The communication throughout the process, the respect for what we wanted from the sale as a customer was prevalent in all our discussions.
