From the moment we signed on with Jennifer to sell our Cronulla Apartment, she was positive, professional and knowledgeable about our best chances for a good result. Jennifer was absolutely spot on with her strategy for sale and recommended auction and guide prices as an approach to the sale. We had a shortish campaign and successfully had many inspections and four registered bidders on the auction day. We sold on the day, at a price thousands of dollars above the top of the guide price. Remarkable and pleasing result in an unsure market, with all Covid safe provisions in place. I would not hesitate to recommend Jennifer Rainbow - choose her as your quality Agent to partner in selling your Shire residence.

We recently sold a duplex with Steve Beattie. From the moment we engaged Steve he provided us with an open communication and updates at every point of the campaign. During the second week of the campaign we were hit with a 100 year pandemic (Covid-19). With open houses being cancelled, banks tightening lending and a reluctance in the market for purchasers to buy our expectation of a strong resale had dropped dramatically. To our surprise Steve achieved a result we had hoped for pre COVID. His hard work, dedication and persistence during these unprecedented times was outstanding. A top agent who will leave no stone unturned to achieve the result a property deserves.

You sold our property in such a professional and enthusiastic manner. In these hard COVID-19 times, we were very happy with the price you got for us and the speed in which the sale was made. Highly recommended your service any time.

A very confident, well prepared and knowledgeable real estate agent who came to me highly recommended by a friend and throughout the sales process to completion, did not disappoint. Highly recommended to anyone with a property for sale.

Jennifer was very professional and an excellent agent to work with. She listened to us from Day 1 and made the whole process very simple. She was always in contact with us and got us the result we wanted. She was very professional in the way she conducted her business. It was so nice to work with agent who has such good communication. She went above and beyond for us and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent. I hope to be able to use her services one day again.

From the first time we met Jen knew we had chosen the right person to sell our home. Jen is a truly authentic and real property professional. Its not often you come across someone who instils trust and genuine interest in partnering in the sales process from the get go. The selling environment that we found ourselves in (Covid19) was challenging and a little concerning. Jen always acted with integrity and purpose throughout and we always felt comfortable that we would receive the right selling advice. We ended up achieving a great sales result and Jen continued to provide support well beyond the normal sales process. We regard Jen as a someone who we can trust to act in our best interest at all times and would recommend her to anyone who wants to achieve an optimal sales outcome with a genuine smile included! Thanks Jen!

Jennifer was diligent and professional in her dealings with us if a little over zealous at the beginning. However when our circumstances were revealed to her she became extremely understanding and helpful where necessary. Jennifer facilitated meetings between ourselves and the developer in order to liaise the management of construction of a lift which was a necessary addition to the building in order to purchase the property.

Jen was excellent. She was very responsive to questions and knew the Cronulla market. Due to COVID-19, restrictions were being put in place and she was able to work with me and the vendors to arrive at a sale. Jen is informative and does not pressure you. While a number of parties were interested in the property she kept the lines of communication open even when a quicker and lower result could have been achieved due to market concerns.

It has been a pleasure dealing with Jennifer throughout our purchase. Jennifer's knowledge of the local area was exceptional, she was always willing to help and accommodate out of scheduled inspections but most of all her pleasant nature made it a stress free enjoyable experience.

Jennifer was fantastic when it came to organising the settlement. Very understanding and helpful. And the keys arrived in a bowtied box which was amazing. Very happy.

We were very impressed with Jennifer Rainbow throughout the whole process of buying our new home. From her friendly reception at every open house, to sharing knowledge about the history of place and the local area and her open and clear communication style (which was helpful during the online auction - which was a new experience for all!) Thank you Jen!
