Following the advice given, as to how to prepare the property for sale and the best marketing tactics, the property sold $60,000 above the expected price, within the tight timeframe given to Trevor's team. At all times I was kept informed and supported during the sale process. Additionally, there was the death of the owner, on 3rd May, mid-way between Contract and Settlement causing the property to move to the Owner's Estate, with the settlement possible being delayed 6 months due to Probate. Not a good outcome for the Buyer, as settlement was due on 4th June 2025. With great teamwork and expertise between Trevor's team, the conveyancer and lawyer the settlement took place on time, this was achieved within 4 weeks.
