We met Lan at one of her opens back in February 2016, and were very impressed with the presentation of the home she was presenting. It was out of our price range at the time, but Lan was very down to earth and friendly. Over a period of nearly 12 months, Lan kept in contact with us, showing us through numerous properties that would suit our needs. But to us it wasn't just those things that impressed us, it was the small things, like her friendly advice when we putting in offers on other properties, her massive market knowledge and her pride in her work, and also her dedication to get the maximum result for her Vendor. Because of those reasons, we decided to entrust Lan and her team with the sale of our 2Bedroom unit. We were very stressed about the whole thing as it was new to us, but Lan and her team knew exactly what they were doing, kept us in the loop constantly, gave us the advice we needed to present the home in the best way we could. The sale only took 5 days from start to finish, and just before Christmas. They got the exactly result we wanted, in a very tight time-frame, and made the whole process incredibly easy for us.
