My wife and I selected Eitan Rubinstein and his working partner Melissa McCormack after talking to four different agents who worked in our location. Carolyn and I were very impressed with their frankness and knowledge of the market. Through the whole process we were kept up to date with the potential buyers as well as sales of other properties. Eitan and Melissa made a good team with honesty and professionalism being the outstanding features. We note below that the final sale price was slightly below our original expectations. Our expectations were in realism based on the extraordinary sales that had occurred in the last four months. During the course of the sales campaign it was obvious that the market was beginning to change with negative comments in the press with regards to the tightening of finance. In the end we were extremely happy with the agents and the final result. On the day of the auction, although we only had two bidders the vibe was always positive. Of the four properties that were auctioned on the da, ours was the only property that sold.
