Melissa & Eitan were initially highly recommended to me by my lawyer. I don't trust lawyers but thought I can at least give them a call. They came to see me and straight away I felt comfortable by the way they spoke to me and just knew they were very professional. All advise they offered, I thought about and went with it, I am so glad that I did. $200k over reserve, you have to be over the moon with that. They kept in contact with me all the time, even at 10.30 at night replying to emails. Not once did I think, are they going to contact me.? They really did make the whole process of selling my home, effortless for me. Everything was great, numbers of people at opens, communications to me, advise - asked and offered, selling price, just everything. I could not recommend them more highly, in-fact don't use anyone else, because any other estate agents would not come close. A true Win - Win situation. I'm unbelievably Happy.!

I first met Eitan in 2005. I was selling my house in Bondi, and interviewed three real estate agents. Eitan was the most impressive of the three, and choosing to work with him was a great decision. He sold my house in Bondi for a very good price, and then helped me negotiate the purchase of a new property in Maroubra. Eitan and I kept in touch over the years, and in 2020 I had no hesitation in asking him to sell two flats in Maroubra. At that time I met his assistant Melissa with whom I also worked well. Both Eitan and Melissa have highly developed communication skills; they are experienced, personable and responsive. Above all, Eitan is a superb negotiator. I was very happy with the prices he negotiated for each of the Maroubra flats. And when I found a property I wanted to buy, Eitan was able to secure it for me ahead of other potential purchasers. Melissa’s skill lies in presentation of properties, and this was an enormous asset in preparing my flats prior to going on the market. For anyone selling or buying property, I can’t recommend any team more highly than Eitan and Melissa.

They play hard but they play fair, which I think both sides of the deal can appreciate. You’d be crazy to not at least interview them in your shortlist. I can highly recommend Eitan and Melissa if you are selling in the Eastern suburbs. Eitan and Melissa took all the stress and work out of the sale process and they were always transparent and honest. Most importantly for me, their advice was always in our best interest. They treated the sale process as though it was their own. Eitan followed his strategy from the beginning and didn’t waiver. Even with pre auction offers that were very close to what we thought we would achieve at auction, Eitan advised us against taking them and we ultimately achieved a significantly higher price.
