My sister and I used Eitan and Melissa to sell the property of our father who sadly passed away last year. We interviewed a number of agents but settled on Eitan due to the understanding he showed around the circumstances and also the approach he outlined to selling our house. It was an easy decision to make but also a leap of faith particularly as both my sister and I had to return to NZ. The final price at the auction proved this without a shadow of doubt. I would have no hesitation in using Eitan and Melissa again should the need arise abs would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone else.
