I have known Betty Ockerlander for over 12 years. She has sold two of our homes in Epping and North Epping. When it came to selling our third home there was no question that Betty would have that job. This is a great home but with aspects that we knew would limit the number of potential buyers. The auction was particularly slow with only three registered bidders. Only two really bid on the day. At about 20 minutes into the auction I really didn't think our property was going to sell. The price was a long way from what we wanted. Betty did not faulter. She used her calm, knowledgeable style to keep drawing extra money from the two bidders. After 45 minutes the property was sold for a figure that exceeded our expectations once again. I have no doubt that a different agent could have finished the auction with a result $100,000 less than what we would have been happy with. Betty has experience and knowledge and persistence and it is the combination of all these three that got us a great result on the day.
