I have known Betty Ockerlander for over 12 years. She has sold two of our homes in Epping and North Epping. When it came to selling our third home there was no question that Betty would have that job. This is a great home but with aspects that we knew would limit the number of potential buyers. The auction was particularly slow with only three registered bidders. Only two really bid on the day. At about 20 minutes into the auction I really didn't think our property was going to sell.
