Wayne, Teena and their team were wonderful to deal with. At a very stressful time we really appreciated their helpfulness and kindness. They were there to guide us all the time and that was certainly what we needed. Their knowledge of the market was outstanding and we feel that everything was done to facilitate a good outcome. A big "thank you" Wayne, Teena and team. Highly recommended.

We researched and interviewed many agents before choosing Betty Ockerlander at McGrath. What set Betty apart was a clear vision of how to market our property, and to whom. She was full of useful tips on how to target key buyers and improve our sale price. We were initially concerned that we sat outside Betty's usual zone but her sales record even in our area spoke for itself so we decided to go with our gut. We were pleasantly surprised by the massive amount of interest we had at our first open. Offers came in fast and Betty encouraged us to move through the auction process quickly. By this stage, we felt very out of our depth but trusted Betty and her team to work their magic and sure enough, our property sold 6 days later for an excellent price! We would definitely recommend Betty to anyone looking to sell their home.

Selling such a big house is supposed to be a very scary thing for me and my family. But because I have chosen the right agent, the whole process is smooth and supported by their knowledge, professionalism and confidence. From a very accurate market appraisal, followed by the reliable trades they recommended, the well organized open houses, weekly market feedback reports. All these lead up to a very successful auction! They achieved a fantastic selling price for me! I want to take this opportunity to say thank you to Wayne and Teena, to the smart and hardworking Jessica, to Chloe (she looks young but actually very experienced), and also the other two handsome team members, Dillon and Steven. I appreciate the effort they made during the process of selling my property. The team is a real pleasure to deal with. Well done Wayne! Well done the whole team!

Jodie has a strong understanding of the market and was able to give us good advice about the value of our house. She was able to generate interest in the sale and approached everything in a professional manner. We were kept informed throughout the sale process and are very happy with the result. I would happily recommend Jodie Wright as a real estate agent.

Betty and her colleagues provided professional service along the journey. I don't think we can achieve the sale in such a short period without Betty and her team's hard work. I am also quite happy with the sale price. It's way above other agent's appraisal.

We had a great experience selling through McGrath Epping and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to home owners considering selling or for people looking to buy into the area. Wayne, Teena and their team are true professionals, making a complicated process very straight forward. From the time of our initial contact, Wayne and his team communicated professionally to all parties involved in the sale. It is obvious that they are experts in this field; their advice is second to none. Our decision to trust them to sell our home was rewarded. They delivered on a marketing strategy that, quite simply, works. We had a maximum of potential buyers viewing the property and attending on auction day. The result speaks for itself. McGrath Epping is an asset to property owners in Epping and the surrounding districts.

Dear Teena and Wayne, Just a note to pass on our sincerest thanks for your outstanding work in selling our home. Every aspect of the process from initial explanation of how best to market our house, to the extensive marketing preparation, photographs, brochure and advertising design, open house management, through to the signing of contracts has way surpassed our expectations. You have managed to provide the best guidance and recommendations possible and encouraged us to put all of our trust in your expertise and skills, enabling you to deliver an exceptional result for us. Trish and I are over the moon with the fact that the sale was conducted so professionally and quickly, and provided us with a superb result in every way. Can you please pass on our thanks to your team as well, in particular Chloe, who has been the ultimate professional, super efficient, thorough, totally effective and always very friendly. Once again Wayne, we could not be more pleased nor thrilled with the great result you have achieved for us. Many, many thanks. Kind regards, Kevin and Trish Willoughby

We started to know Betty when she was working at a real estate agent more than 20 years ago. She has been very active in her work, and after many years, she has accumulated a wealth of experience and market skills. She approaches her clients with warmth and sincerity, and yet performs with very high efficiency. She sold our neighbour's house at a very good price, and so we trusted her and her team's work and looked for her to sell our house. She managed to sell our house at a satisfactory price. Thanks to her and her team's work. Hope more customers are able to receive their effective services.
