We have recently sold our property in Epping and were astounded by the result that Wayne and his team achieved for us. We have known Wayne for more than 20 years since he helped our sister purchase her property in Epping. Since that time Wayne and McGrath’s reputation has continued to grow as an agent who really understands the market and can deliver the best outcome for their clients. To us, Wayne is the quintessential real-estate agent and from the moment we engaged him, along with Teena and their team, we could not have been happier. We have always felt comfortable with our choice and were kept informed on a regular basis and always had all the information available to us. Professionalism, communication and great service sum up Wayne and his team. They were the best choice for us and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

We sold at a very high price due to attracting many bidders at the auction and creating a competitive environment. The long settlement period that followed involved several negotiations that Betty handled well due to seperior experience and interaction beetween the buyer and seller, that eventually "saved" the sale. It is important to have an experienced agent that has been through the ups and downs of the market and we are extremely happy that we chose an agent with these qualities. Betty is a very effective agent with the superior experience required in the current turbulent market. We reviewed all the major agents in Epping before choosing Betty and was impressed with her professionalism and market knowledge.

Betty guided us through many aspects of the sale. Right from the beginning she knew what was needed to maximise our homes appeal and the targeted buyers. From renovation recommendations, links to many tradesmen, her expert team and her excellent experience all combined to get us top price on the day. I would whole heartedly recommend Betty to any person thinking of selling their home.

Betty is an expert in the area and her knowledge was shown throughout the open homes and the auction. She achieved an excellent price for the property and we are very happy with the outcome. Special mention to her assistant Kate who tried everything to be helpful with anything we needed, no matter how big or small.

Very happy with the service provided Betty and her team, especially Margaret Cholinska with whom I had the most contact. She was extremely helpful at all times, did a great communication with the prospective buyers and set my mind at rest during the whole pre sale process.

I have known Wayne since purchasing a previous property that he was handling 17 years ago. Wayne has kept in contact with us yearly since then. This type of client focus and professionalism is why; when we decided to sell we went to Wayne and his team at McGrath. From our first meeting to our final pre-auction strategy meeting, It was very clear that Wayne knew his stuff. I doubt there is anyone more knowledgeable about the real estate market in this area. He takes enormous pride in both the support and guidance he provides and maximising the profitability for his clients. Surrounded by an awesome team including wife and partner Teena and Chloe who could not be more helpful.

Wayne and Teena Vaughan are golden couples that cooperate closely to get the best price for our property. Although the sale took a little bit longer time due to hard market conditions, the final result is good, and the deal completed in almost one day without trouble. The timing is exactly right for our new house hand over happens. Thanks a lot for both of you and your staffs, you really did a great job!
