•Agreed as part of the contract all rubbish, debris, building materials are to be removed. However, vendor refused to remove because some items are “too heavy” & “too costly”. I was told the asbestos are “part of fence” & the tank was a “fixture attached to the property & cannot be removed”. I have to arrange additional removal which costed extra thousands. I had been told untruthful information & the truth is, asbestos cannot be part of the fence & tank was not at all attached to anything. I strongly believe they were finding excuses not to fulfill contractual obligation! The pool condition was also unacceptable. Agency promised to conduct pool services however, although some treatments have been done, the water was still sticky & green. The agent texted photos before settlement showing the pool has not been fully treated. I was also told all pool equipment will be resorted to their original position but this never happened. I have to add chemicals, brush & vacuum the dirt in the pool after settlement. I also called pool specialist to fix the pipes & reconnect the equipment. More issues including grass mowing, no proper cleaning etc. Agency had been accusing buyers for telling lies & I was forced to settle with all these issued unresolved. My solicitor sent emails but never get replied from vendor solicitor, except a late settlement penalty asking buyer to pay more to makeup for their failure to communicate! The issues could be resolved by effective communication. Agency showed poor teamwork & communication skills & lack of willingness to resolve problems. I personally will not recommend her to any buyers & potential sellers because of non-professional services. My review needs to be seen by the public unless these issues could be resolved in a fair manner. Witness & evidence including messages, dated photos and videos are available. I reserve the right to submit these to NSW fair trading for investigation.
Very poor and disappointing experience as a buyer. Betty has been telling untruthful information and full of lies when dealing with the buyers. She stands in no shoes from the buyers. Can you believe the property was forced to settle with knee high grass in the front and back yard, pool was in terrible condition, building material rubbish promised to be removed and it never happens! Photos have been taken as evidence and more actions will be processed.
Big agency and agent can bully customers' like this, they need to be publicized, and be punished by fair trading. Betty and her assistant Cassie Lu abused us through the whole purchase experience, promised in black and white to agree only to get us to sign the contract, at settlement the house is a dump, grass high, pool stink, bugs/webs everywhere, rubbish onsite, asbestos lying around, most shocking, unethical agent!
We bought a property from Cassie recently, the whole purchase process is horrible. She promised in writing to get us sign the contract and then totally changed face and ignore our request, abused and bullied buyer through the whole way. She and Betty is full of lies and nonresponsive. the property final inspection is SHOCKING, with green stinky pool, grass up to knee, asbestos lying around, bugs and webs all over the property. Betty and Cassie are the most dishonest and unethical agent we've ever experience, will never sell, buy or lease with them.

Cassie helped throughout the selling process, and dealt with a very difficult buyer. She worked tirelessly to get the best outcome possible, making sure that the buyer stuck to what was agreed. This was despite threats of bad reviews from the buyer. I would highly recommend her.
