Alex has been great to deal with from the early days where I got my home valued from a card in the mailbox to when I sold my house recently in Charlemont. Alex keep’t in touch during this time and gave us a realistic timeframe as to when we should sell our house. Our house ended up sold after one week and only 2 open homes which was great. We were set a fair price range and our first offer ended up close to the higher range straight up which made the decision to sell easy. The presentation of McGrath with their advertising is also outstanding, the photos were perfect which I believed added to the quick sale of our home. Overall we had a positive and easy experience selling our first home and would definitely recommended Alex and Ashli when selling your home.
