Alex keep’t in touch during this time and gave us a realistic timeframe as to when we should sell our house. Our house ended up sold after one week and only 2 open homes which was great. We were set a fair price range and our first offer ended up close to the higher range straight up which made the decision to sell easy. The presentation of McGrath with their advertising is also outstanding, the photos were perfect which I believed added to the quick sale of our home.
